Wintv Hvr 1300 Vista Driver
I've got the WinTV-HVR 1300 (with hardware mpeg encoder) but the software that came with it is driving me nuts. It's crashy and has a horrid UI. I want something better. What would you recommend? My requirements are:.
Watch TV programmes. Programme guide. Remote control.
Ability to record, with a timer. Ideally this integrates with the programme guide.

It occured to me that MS Media Center might do all of the above. Is this the case? If so, would I be better with Vista Home Premium or XP Media Center edition. Given that my Presonus soundcard won't have Vista drivers for several months. I guess I could buy XP Media Center with the free Vista upgrade. Are there any other programs I should look?
