Gulliver 1.7.10
Many Minecraft players are familiar with Gulliver’s Travels, a series of tales written by Jonathan Swift (no relation to Taylor Swift) about a man who travels the world on a bunch of different adventures. One of the most memorable parts of Gulliver’s Travel is when Gulliver encounters the Lilliputians, a race of tiny people less than 6 inches tall.
They inhabit an island called Lilliput, and Gulliver helps the Lilliputians solve a border dispute problem with their neighbors. Anyways, the magic of Gulliver’s Travels has been brought to the Minecraft world thanks to the Gulliver mod, also known as the Gulliver the Resizing Mod. In this mod, players enter a world that, at first glance, looks exactly like vanilla Minecraft. There are no new blocks, items, entities, or biomes.
Instead, the mod simply adds two potion effects: -One potion makes you bigger -The other potion makes you smaller Players can become either very large or very small. Players who are very small can still jump one block high and climb many of the blocks they encounter, although it can still be tricky and time-consuming to get around some obstacles.
Meanwhile, players who are very large will need to watch their step – falling hurts. Players can also hold shift to launch their large frames across the landscape, and punching enemy mobs or blocks results in some powerful effects. You can even pick up mobs and then throw them – something that I would probably do to my enemies too, if I became a giant in real life. Each potion is brewed simply by adding Nether Wart to a Water Bottle in order to make an Awkward Potion.
Then, players add Red Mushroom to make a Potion of Embiggening or a Brown Mushroom to make a Potion of Ensmallening (neither of which are real words). Interestingly enough, players can also add a multiplier effect to their potions and extend the duration of the effect.

Adding Redstone dust extends the effect duration and adding Glowstone dust boosts the potions to Tier II. It’s also fun to turn the potions into Splash Potions by adding gunpowder before throwing them at mobs.
There are plenty of entertaining possibilities for this mod. Whether you want to jump across the landscape as a massive giant or you just want to see what the world is like from 6 inches off the ground, this mod will help you feel like Gulliver waking up on the island of Lilliput for the first time.
