This is World Soccer: Winning Eleven 2002, a very old game for PSX / Playstation 1 which developed by KONAMI. The game was legendary at that time and i used to play it with my friend.
I found new updates on Net and decided to share with you just for Nostalgia. Now, you can play this game from PSX Emulator for PC ( ePSXe ).

How to Use ( Patch the ISO File ): I provide the original ISO Game of World Soccer: Winning Eleven 2002 Japan Edition, so make sure you download all the software to make it work! Extract all downloaded files with WinRAR ( WE2002 ISO, WE2018 Patch update, PPF-O-Matic ) 2.
Now run PPF-O-Matic app as administrator, searcNow, click the little disk icon next to.iso/.bin/.img file. This will bring up a menu to select an.iso/.bin/.img. Select your clean.iso/.bin/.img.
Next, click the disk icon next to Patch, and select the.ppf file. Once you've done both of those steps, hit Apply to patch the.iso/.bin/.img. Note that the patching process may take a while.

If it still hasn't finished patching after five minutes or so, stop PPF-o-Matic and try repatching. The last step is you should install PSX Emulator for PC, you can download it from EPSXE Site ( www.epsxe.com/download.php ) and load the new patched ISO File to the emulator. Done and ready to play!
